Warranty & Return Terms and Conditions 

Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (if you are a consumer) and other relevant laws.  

During service, it is possible that data may be lost. 3CEasy will not be responsible for any loss of data. Customers should back up any data, software, and information which they believe to be important.  

All repair jobs have a six-month warranty. In servicing your product, 3CEasy may use parts or products that are new, refurbished, or aftermarket and equivalent to new in performance and reliability.  

To prevent fraud, if you do not have a receipt and request a return, we will need to record your personal information.  

3CEasy offers exchanges / returns within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt under the following conditions: 

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to the returned goods  
  • If the item is new, unused, and sealed. 
  • If open (not new, not sealed, or the seal has been broken), the item must be in perfect condition with all original packaging, manuals, cables, power adapters, and accessories. 
  • We do not accept any opened and used products that may breach health & safety regulations, such as headsets, earpieces, and headphones. 
  • Please note that change of mind returns are not available for special orders or clearance products. It can take up to 2 weeks for the amount to be credited to your account. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, replacement parts, or accessories. Normal wear and tear are not covered by this Limited Warranty. 
  • Warranty does not cover water, liquid, or physical damage.  

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON SPECIAL ORDERS OR CLEARANCE ITEMS. Please check contents carefully. Errors & omissions will not be accepted after authorizing receipt of goods.  

Customers are responsible for all courier charges and insurance costs for purchases and warranty claims. Warranty does not cover any damage to other equipment used in conjunction with the above goods.  

Prices are based on cash, EFTPOS, or bank transfer only. There will be a 1.65% surcharge for credit card payments.  

The goods are to remain in title and property of 3CEasy until fully paid. 

Terms & Conditions for Tempered Glass Installation Subscription

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your subscription to the tempered glass installation service provided by 3CEASY Phone and Computer Repairs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing and using our subscription service, you agree to the following:

1. Subscription Overview

  • The tempered glass installation subscription is available for $29.99 per year.
  • The subscription allows customers to have tempered glass installed at discounted rates:
    • Clear Tempered Glass: $4.99 per installation
    • Full Cover Tempered Glass: $7.99 per installation
    • Ceramic Screen Protector: $11.99 per installation

2. Unlimited Installations

  • Customers are entitled to unlimited installations of tempered glass or screen protectors for a period of 12 months from the subscription purchase date.
  • Installations are subject to product and technician availability at the time of service request.

3. Device Limitations

  • The subscription can be used for up to three (3) different phones during the 12-month period.
  • If a customer wishes to cover more than 3 phones, an additional subscription will be required for the extra devices.

4. Installation Process

  • Installations must be performed by our authorised technicians at approved locations or via scheduled appointments, depending on availability.
  • Customers must show a valid receipt of the subscription purchase at the time of service to receive the discounted installation rates. Failure to provide proof of subscription may result in being charged the standard rates.

5. Exclusions

  • The subscription covers only the discounted prices for the tempered glass and ceramic screen protectors listed above.
  • Any other accessories or services not specified in these terms are excluded and will be charged separately at standard rates.

6. Availability

  • Services are provided subject to the availability of products and technicians at the time of installation. We make no guarantees regarding specific installation dates or times but will make reasonable efforts to accommodate customer requests.

7. Subscription Renewal

  • The subscription will automatically expire 12 months from the date of purchase. To continue the service, customers must renew their subscription at the prevailing rate at the time of renewal.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

  • The subscription fee is non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at any time due to misuse, abuse, or failure to comply with these Terms. In the event of cancellation due to violation of these terms, no refunds will be provided.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages caused to the customer’s phone during the installation process unless it results from gross negligence or wilful misconduct by our technicians.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or otherwise notifying you. Continued use of the subscription after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
